791,564. Mixing-machines. PONISCH. M. Nov. 16 1955 [Jan. 15, 1955; May 17, 1955], No. 32763/55. Class 86 A mixing-machine, particularly for chocolate masses having a low fat content, comprises a heatable or coolable circular container 1, a stripper 5 adapted to sweep over the inner wall of the container and a curved mixing arm 2, mounted on a central rotary shaft 9, and carrying a centrifugal plate 4 which projects at an angle partly below and partly above the surface 11 of the mass being mixed. The inclination of the plate 4 is adjusted by a lever 8. In a modification, two mixing arms 2, 16 carry cutting blades 15, 17, and separation plates 13 are provided on the centrifugal plate 4.
