Class 65(2) [Also in Group XVII] A cardboard or like box having a hinged lid has an inside hinge formed from a strip of paper or the like secured to either the box part or the lid part and slidable with respect to the other part so that the friction between the strip and the part with which it is slidable is sufficient to hold the lid open in a desired position. In an embodiment the strip 6 is secured by adhesive 7 to the lid 5 and is slidable between a side and the bottom of the box 1 and a liner 8.
