[Also in Group XXIV] A coupling between the oscillatable spindle 8 of a suspension centrifuge and the shaft 1 of its driving motor consists of a rubber tyre 18 of U-shape fastened by its edges to two coupling flanges 14, 16, separated by a gap 17. The flange 14 may be integral with a hub 13 or connected thereto by teeth 19.
