766,129. Ladders. GRAVITY LADDERS, Ltd. July 27, 1955 [April 27, 1954], No. 12101/54. Class 20(2) A ladder comprises tubular metal stays 8 connecting together tubular metal side members 7 and passing through holes in the side members and swaged over at 12 and flat-step members 9 above each stay, the step members 9 being riveted to brackets 10 secured between shoulders on the stays 8 and the side members and by rivets 14. The step members 9 are of channel cross-section. The ladder shown is constructed to hook on to a ship's bunk.
