764,407. Floors and roofs. INTERNATIONELLA SIPOREX AKTIEBOLAG. Jan. 7, 1955 [Jan. 13, 1954], No. 507/55. Class 20(4) A floor or roof built from a plurality of light-weight concrete slabs 1 which are laid on supporting walls or beams 2, has sheet-metal strips 4 arranged edgewise and provided with vertical flaps 5 project,- ing on both sides, the strips 4 being driven into the slabs 1 from the top so as to lie in the joints between the slabs which run at right-angles to the walls or beams. The strips 4 may be further secured by means of nails driven in obliquely. The flaps 5 are bent out of the material of the strips 4 and may be semi-circular in form. The strips may be driven in through the intermediary of a block with a groove on its underside to engage the upper edge of the strip 4. In another form the strips are of T-section, the T-flanges covering the edges of the slabs.
