762,424. Sacks ; bags. FLEXER, Ltd., J. & G. July 1, 1955 [July 14, 1954], No. 20591/54. Class 94(2). A bag or sack is formed from a rectangular sheet of fabric, paper or the like by doubling the sheet, tucking in a part of the fold at one corner at right angles to the remainder of the fold, stitching together the edges 2, 3 and stitching along a line 6 approximately midway between the fold part and the edges 4. This provides a filling opening 8 and the corner 5 acts as a self-closing valve. The stitching at 6 may be pulled out when the bag is to be emptied, to provide an ordinary opentopped container.
