984,343. Paper bags. E. S. & A. ROBINSON Ltd. June 1, 1961 [June 3, 1960], No. 19778/60. Headings B8C and B8K. A bag is formed from a continuous web of material by folding in the edges a, b to leave a slot 5 and turning-up the bottom end 2 to form an end closure. Gloves or other hospital products are placed in the bag, which is subsequently folded about line 6 and then as shown in Fig. 3. The package is held closed by a piece of adhesive and then sterilized. An indicator ink, which may be used to show whether the contents have been sterilized, is characterized in that it changes colour permanently above a certain temperature.
