746,366. Look-out reflectors for vehicles. O'SHEI, W. E. May 15, 1952 [Dec. 6, 1951], No. 28500/54. Divided out of 746,275. Drawings to Specification. Class 103 (2). [Also in Group XXV] A rear-viewing mirror is carried from, and in a predetermined located position with respect to, a base member (which is adapted to be firmly secured to a vehicle body) by means of a flexible joint such that, when the mirror is pushed or hit, the flexible joint allows the mirror to rock to different inclinations with respect to the base member against the action of resilient means which restores the mirror to said predetermined located position when the force which displaces the mirror is removed. The subject matter of this Specification is substantially the same as that described in Specification 746,275 but the claims differ. Specification 746,370 also is referred to.
