A resilient weather seal 17 for mounting in a frame defining an opening for a ventilator panel 10 mounted on vertical pivots 12, 13 in the front portion of a vehicle side door and of the kind described in the parent Specification 704,230 is characterised in that the sealing bead is provided on one side only with a laterally extending sealing portion 26, the parts of the sealing strip in front of, and behind, the vertical axis 12, 13 being reversed so that the portions 26 project in the direction in which the panel 10 approaches the seal during its closing movement.
