Abstract

732,889. Cartons. THYNE, Ltd., W. Dec. 10, 1953, No. 34412/53. Class 18. A carrier carton has handholes and a normally flat top scored so that it may fold upwardly when grasped, to form a handle. In one embodiment the hand-holes are provided by flaps 28, 29 in the top which folds on the line e. Extensions of the sides 12, 13 interlock to provide partitions 17, 18 for engagement by a separate partition 32. In a further embodiment, Figs. 7, 8 (not shown), the hand-holes are in the sides and no separate partition is provided. In another embodiment no partitions are provided, extensions of the lower edges of two sides reinforcing the bottom.
