731,244. Spinning-spindle, driving-tape tensioning devices. S. K. F. KUGELLAGERFABRIKEN GES. Sept. 18, 1950 [May 31, 1949], No. 22917/50. Class 120(2). The carrier of a tension pulley 4 for a spindle-driving tape of a textile spinning, &c. frame, is formed as an angle-lever 3, preferably resilient so as to absorb vibrations, secured to the pulley-mounting bracket 3a and weighted at 8, the lever being pivotally mounted at 1, 23 and provided with non-adjustable stop means, which may comprise a lever-co-operating recess or projection, e.g. a recess 2 also serving to position the device longitudinally of the frame, to limit its pivotal movement. The bracket 3a may be formed with a tape-catching device 16.
