720,885. Trueing grinding-wheels. ENGINEERING DIAMONDS Ltd., and ALLEN, R. April 15, 1953, No. 10370/53. Class 60. A trueing device comprises two relatively movable pantographs 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7, 8, 9, 10, each of which is connected to a tool C, such as a diamond, and to a common operating member H whereby both rectilinear and angular movement of the member H is reproduced by the tool. The two pantographs are connected by a common pivot pin P to a base M having a machined surface to enable the device to be mounted on a grinding machine and a web F to secure a template E. The member H is provided with a follower G, a handle L and an operating knob K and is moved so that its axis is always normal to the template profile.
