Abstract
720,560. Scaffold clamps. BOHME, H. April 10, 1952 [April 12, 1951], No. 9290/52. Class 20 (2). A scaffold clamp comprises main clamp 1 on which is adapted to swivel a clamp 2, screwed on a stud 9 mounted on a swing bolt 10 pivotable on the hinge 11 of the main clamp, so that the clamp 2 is rotatable about two axes at right angles. The clamp 3 is screwed on a stud fixed to the main clamp or alternatively the studs may be on the clamps. All the clamps comprise two hinged parts held together by swing bolts 6, Also fixed on the clamp may be clamps 4. which may be in two parts on each side of the split in the main clamp. Several modifications are shown..
