Abstract
718,471. Binders for sheets &c. BERBERICH, W. Aug. 8, 1952 [March 27, 1952], No. 20010/52. Class 146(1) In a ring assembly of flexible flat material, for a looseleaf binder, in which a plurality of parallel open rings 9, Fig. 2, are each joined at one end to a connecting bar 8 which, seen in crosssection, lies on a chord of the circle of each ring, the free end of each ring has an outward extension 9<SP>1</SP> and each ring includes two knee-like parts 10 resiliently urged toward one another. The bar 8 and the free ends 9<SP>1</SP> lie in the same plane and are normally placed between a cover 7<SP>1</SP> Fig. 3, and the loose leaves 4, the latter being filed on the parts 9" of the rings adjacent the free ends thereof. The assembly may be made of celluloid or thermoplastic material.
