714,204. Bags. ROBINSON, Ltd., E. S. & A. April 17, 1953 [April 18, 1952], No. 9847/52. Class 94 (2) A square-bottom bag is made from a flattened tube 10 of heat-sealable material provided with fold lines AC, AD, and CD, the tube being opened out to form triangles, joined to the web along fold lines 13, the ends 15 of the tube overlapping as shown. The corners are then cut off from the triangles to form bottom portions a, b, and the marginal portions along the lines EF, and GH, and the overlapping edges 15 are heat-sealed. The bag is opened out as shown in Fig. 5.
