Abstract
709,056. Refrigerating. BIANCHI, G. M. Aug. 27, 1952 [Sept. 13, 1951], No. 21531/52. Class 29 In a continuous cycle absorption refrigerating system, the gases expelled in the generator are rectified and analysed by strong solution which flows from the liquid heat-exchanger through a pipe H to a reservoir F in which it flows upwardly in chambers D defined by an outer sleeve C and a star-shaped conduit B having holes L through which the solution enters the conduit B from which it flows through a pipe M to the generator. The gases enter conduit B by a pipe A and escape therefrom through holes E located at the liquid level in reservoir F, the gases passing up chambers D and flowing to the condenser through a pipe G. In a modification, the conduit B may be a finned pipe. The holes L and E may be arranged in a helix.
