705,521. Condensers. DUBILIER CONDENSER CO (1925), Ltd. (Dubilier, W.). Sept. 28, 1949 [Sept. 1, 1948], No. 22154/51. Divided out of 705,472. Class 37 A condenser comprising electrodes and a dielectric consisting of paper or like fibrous material which has been impregnated with the usual hydrocarbon oils,' waxes or jellies is enclosed, by moulding, within a polymerized hard solid body through which the terminals project, such body being formed by copolymerization of an unsaturated compound, the moulding material being such that it will set within a time period of, at most, three hours at a temperature not exceeding 135‹C. The condenser may be of the spirally wound type with paper and metal foil strips, and with connectors extending from each end of the roll. The moulding material is as described in Specification 705,472 which is referred to.
