Abstract

909,350. Capacitors. SIEMENS & HALSKE A.G. Aug. 4, 1961 [Aug. 5, 1960], No. 28443/61. Class 37. In an arrangement containing two or more capacitors, e.g. 2 and 4, each made of a roll of metal foil and insulating material with end contact layers 5, 6, 7, the capacitors are coaxial and wound one over the other with insulating material 3 therebetween, and one capacitor extends beyond the other capacitor or capacitors in the axial direction at at least one end of the arrangement. The innermost capacitor is wound on an insulating rod 1, while one end of the arrangement 5 may be so metallized as to connect one pole of each capacitor together.
