[Class 37] A coating of non-hygroscopic varnish is applied to the interstices of an assembled condenser unit preferably under heat and vacuum and to cover the unit, after which a casing of plastic material is moulded about it. The varnish may be caused to flow into the interior to form a dielectric additional to the mica or other material.
