Class 47(ii) In a fire-extinguisher in which a powder is expelled from a container 1 through a tube 9 and hose 11 by gas under pressure from a cartridge 15 carried by a top cap 3 which supports a piercing pin 13, the gas passes to the bottom of the container 1 by way of a passage 19, 20 in the cap 3, an annular groove 4 and a hole 7 in a neck ring 2 and a tube 8 fixed in the container 1.
