Abstract
692,701. Ice-making. PARAMOUNT AUTOMATIC, Ltd., [trading as PARAMOUNT ICES.] Sept. 19, 1950 [Oct. 7, 1949], No. 25825/50. Class 29 [Also in Groups V and VI] Frozen confections with an outer casing of ice are prepared by filling a mould 1 with liquid e.g. coloured and flavoured water, freezing the liquid to such an extent that a central portion 2 remains liquid, pouring off the unfrozen liquid and filling the cavity with ice cream, syrup or other filling. A stick may be inserted in the filling and the whole subjected to final freezing.
