Powder metallurgy.-A bearing bush comprising a backing member and a liner of bearing material, both of sintered metal powder, is made by compacting and sintering metal powder to form a plate of the required shape and then bending the plate into the form of a bush by cold working such as pressing or rolling. A further sintering operation may be carried out either during or after the cold deformation.
