Abstract

686,950. Lamp-holders. UNITED-CARR FASTENER CORPORATION. April 5, 1951 [April 13, 1950], No. 7953/51. Class 38 (i). [Also in Group XXV] A lamp-holder comprising a tubular casing 2 is attached to an apertured support by a snapfastener assembly comprising an annular ring portion 9 around which the edge of a flange 7 on casing 2 is clinched and which carries integral spring fingers 10. Each finger is bent for snapfastener engagement with the support aperture and is of inverted U-shape, one of the legs 13 thereof being attached to the ring portion and the other 14 being free and off-set slightly outwards.
