Class 122(i) [Also in Group XXVII] An internal-combustion engine (see Group XXVII) trunk piston 2 with an integral sleeve extension 3 working over a re-entrant cylinder head 4 has preferably T-section heat-transfer rings 17 adjacent its crown and lubricant control rings 14 on its skirt. Gas packing rings 18 are provided on the head 4, which may have drillings (not shown) through which a metered feed of oil is supplied to the ring grooves.
