Abstract
681,095. Propellant explosive. FRANCAIS; ETAT. May 3, 1949 [May 14, 1948], No. 11814/49. Class 9(ii) A propellant, which does not decompose below 200‹C, consist substantially wholly of a mixture of a material decomposing to provide an excess of oxygen, selected from the group consisting of sodium, potassium, and ammonium nitrates and perchlorates, and sodium and potassium chlorates, with a material'decomposing to liberate insufficient oxygen to support the complete combustion of the other products of its decomposition, selected from the group consisting of nitroguanidine, 3, 6-dinitrocarbazol, 1, 3, 6, 8- tetranitrocarbazol, carbazol, hexanitrodiphenylamine, and 2, 4, 5, 7-tetranitrosulphoxydiphenylamine.
