Class 136(i) A cycle brake comprises a yoke 20 engaging free running grooved rollers 17 mounted on the cranked upper ends 15 of calliper levers 11, the rollers being urged into engagement with the edges 19 of the yoke 20 by a tension spring 18 anchored at its ends on pins 16 which form the axes of the rollers 17. The levers 11 are fulcrummed at 12 on a back plate 10 secured to the cycle frame.
