A personal sanitary convenience for male use comprises an inner member b, provided with a ring d, over which a portion of a replaceable peniscontacting sheath a is slipped, and an outer member c which is pulled over the ring to retain the sheath. The outer member c is provided with ears e to which a body belt may be attached and a suspensory device may be supported from lugs g on a further ring f. The lower part of the inner member b is connected to a urine receptacle.
