Abstract

661,921. Cooking appliances. KERR, J. S. L., and READ, H. A. BROOKE-. April 18, 1950 [March 22, 1949], No. 7766/49. Class 66. [Also in Group VI] Underneath and leading from a frying pan 1 is a cold zone unit 4 into which contaminated fat is deposited by opening a valve 5 and which has a window enabling the condition and amount of the fat to be seen. As shown in Fig. 1, the frying pan is heated by burners 26 and a transparent tube 7, which forms the cold zone unit, is emptied through a valve 6 in a tube 10.
