Class 66 The inner pan 10 of a porringer, double saucepan or like cooking utensil is formed with a flange 13, 14 so as to provide a closed heating space extending to the top of the pan. The outer pan has a steam vent 26 and may be provided with a tapering trough communicating with a filling hole, the steam vent being so located as to be enclosed by the trough.
