Abstract
596,272. Coffee-pots. BECKMANN, E. July 25, 1945, No. 19100. [Class 129] A coffee infuser comprises a water vessel 1 having a perforated bottom 2 and fitting into a container 4 for ground coffee, the container having a sieve-like bottom 5 and one or more air vents 6, an infusion collecting vessel 7 into which the container fits and a saucepan 11 into which the collecting vessel fits, for heating the water. A lid 3 fits both the water vessel and the collecting vessel. The knob for the lid and the handle for the collecting vessel are of heat-insulating material or the latter is provided with an insert of such material.
