660,120. Disinfecting. BACTEROL, Ltd., and FAVERO, G. E. May 21, 1948 [Feb. 6, 1948], No. 3534/48. Class 81 (i). [Also in Groups XVIII and XXIX] A pin valve comprises a container 2 for liquid, e.g. disinfectant in which by turning the lid 12, the pin 16 screws into the valve body 1 so that its end 17 closes on the seating 20. The lid has a pointer cooperating with markings on the rim of the container, a channel-section member 14 engaging a flat 15 on the pin, and a spring clip 23 engaging the pin below the flat. With the valve open, liquid passes from the bore 19 through a sight gauge 9 to a vaporizing chamber.
