[Class 94(i)] [Also in Group VIII] The free end 2 of a gummed tape roll 1, in which the gummed surface faces outwardly, is secured by providing it with one or more partly punched flaps 3, which, after being moistened and folded back, is or are adhered to the opposed surface of the roll. The flaps may be punched from the centre or from one or both edges of the tape, and the folded edge 4 of the flap may be shorter than the opposite free edge.
