[Class 114] The outlet for the hydraulic propelling ship is in the form of a tube D of continuously circular horizontal cross-section, the outlet section of which is displaced laterally from the inlet section. Baffle plates D<SP>1</SP> have a shape following the curve of the tube axis. The tube D can be rotated to adjust the direction of thrust of the jet for steering purposes.
