[Class 125(iii) ] [Also in Group II] The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 comprises a screw cap closure 5, Fig. 4 (Cancelled), provided with a central inward protrusion 52 which, when the closure is screwed down, presses on the centre of a resilient disc 50, the periphery of which seals on the rim of the vessel with uniform pressure along the entire surface of the rim. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted, which relates to the construction of mixing appliances (see Group II).
