Abstract

649,795. Filing papers ; picture mounts. WOLFSOHN, J. I. July 1, 1949, No. 14960/48. [Classes 11 and 146 (i)] In an attaching device for relatively narrow strips of film 14 to be used on loose leaves 11 or leaves to be bound in album form, each leaf 11 is formed with at least two spaced strip pressure members 13 beneath which a strip of film 14 is threaded, each pressure member 13 being provided underneath with a guiding member 16 to guide and facilitate the inserting of the ends of the film strip 14. The pressure members 13 are formed by cutting pairs of slits 12 in the sheet and the guiding members 16 are preferably fastened as by adhesive to the sheet 11. In a modification, the pressure members are formed by strips separate from the sheet and threaded through cuts thereon, the parts of the sheet beneath the strips serving to guide the ends of the film strip. A number of attaching devices are spaced on the sheets 11 so that notes may be entered on the spaces 15 between the strips.
