[Class 99(i)] Unions of plastic-treated paper comprise a pair of longitudinallyseparable components a of semicircular section and having side flanges b, c, that are engaged together and with interposed tubing, by bands, collars or spring clips d which are fitted around their non-flanged end portions and may be received in recesses e. The unions may have internal annular ridges f to engage recesses of the tubing and be of T, angle or branch configuration; also, the flanges may be secured together.
