640,835. Duplex radio signalling. GENERAL ELECTRIC CO., Ltd., and ESPLEY, D. C. May 27, 1948, No. 14346. [Class 40 (v)] In a system in which a radio transmitter and receiver operating on different frequencies are associated with a common aerial, frequency selective networks associated with the transmitting and receiving frequencies respectively are located at the top of the mast carrying the aerial, and the transmitter and receiver at the base of the mast are connected to their frequency networks via separate transmission lines.
