[Class 20(ii)] [Also in Group XXII] The strut or tie of the parent Specification is modified in that the end portion 19a is initially bent backwards to spread apart the sides of notch 23 to facilitate the engagement of the tie with the flanges 10a of the stanchion 10, the end portion being subsequently bent forward to or past the straight position to close the notch and clamp the flange. The tie may be of square, circular, triangular, channel, angle or T section.
