Abstract

624,006. Valve amplifying circuits. PHILIPS LAMPS, Ltd. Aug. 1, 1946, No. 22926. Convention date, Sept. 25, 1942. [Class 40 (vi)] The valves 15, 17 of a push-pull amplifier are fed from the anode and cathode respectively of a phase-splitting valve 1. Part of the output is fed back from the anode of valve 15 to the cathode of the phase splitter 1, and the cathode resistance 5 of valve 1 is made smaller than the anode resistance 4 to maintain the balance of the push-pull output.
