Abstract

618,996. Golf-bag carriers. BOUGHTON, N. E. Nov. 18, 1946, No. 34141. [Class 108 (i)] A hand cart for golf bags has a frame consisting of a central tubular member 1 to which are welded two downwardly and rearwardly diverging struts 2 having their lower ends detachably secured to the wheel axle 3, and an upwardly inclined member 13 secured by a hinged sleeve 20 to a handle member 14 which may be folded down to the position shown dotted. The member 1 has also welded to it at its upper end a curved arm 25 with a hooklike extension 26 for supporting the top of the bag, and at its lower end an arcuate band member 29 for steadying the bottom of the bag.
