Abstract

835,013. Collapsible golf trolleys. GILCHRIST, J. April 3, 1957 [April 3, 1956], No. 10087/56. Class 108(1) The frame members 7 and 8 of a golf trolley are hinged together at 9 and carry upstanding members 12 and 19 on which the detachable wheels 15 are placed when the trolley is collapsed. The axle tube 13 limits the relative angular movement between the frame members 7 and 8 and houses the detachable axle 14 which is stored between the frame members when in the collapsed position. The handle 26 has a screwed extension engaging in a block pivotally mounted between cheeks 24 secured to the frame extension 22 so that when the handle 26 is rotated about its axis it clamps the handle in position.
