[Class 110 (i)] [Also in Group XXX] One or more arms 15 carrying the fan blades are attached to a pulley 11 on the shaft of the driving motor by means of tierods 12 having hook-shaped ends 38 which engage an edge of the pulley. The arms are held in place by nuts 14 and are preferably notched at 37 to engage the pulley rim. The latter may have shallow slots to receive the arms.
