Abstract
347,043. Centrifugal compressers. RATEAU, L. A. J., NOBLEMAIRE, M. A. G. MARGOT-, and RATEAU, A. J. A., 10 bis, Avenue ElisÚe Reclus, Paris. June 2, 1930, No. 17073. Convention date, June 7, 1929. [Class 110 (i).] Means for preventing vibration of the blades of centrifugal blowers comprise a star-shaped disc to which the blades are secured at points remote from the hub. In the construction shown in the Figure the blades a are secured to the disc d by tongues which engage slots e and the disc is keyed to the hub b. Alternatively the blades, disc and hub may be formed in one piece. The arms i of the disc may extend to the extremity of the blades.
