[Class 83 (ii)] [Also in Group XI] The heater comprises a metal resistance strip 11 of U-cross-section embedded in magnesia 17 in a tubular metal sheath 16 flattened longitudinally or pressed to a barrel shape. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 comprises also punches 25 with concave ends sliding between guides 27 having flat walls to compress the sheath to a barrel shape. This subject-matter does riot appear in the Specification as accepted.
