Abstract
600,789. Electromagnetic relays. TELEFONAKTIEBOLAGET L. M. ERICSSON. July 6, 1945, No. 17356. Convention date, July 12, 1944. [Class 38 (v)] The core 11 of a relay is of substantially cylindrical shape and is formed together with mounting flanges 15, 16 and polepiece 12 from a single piece of iron strip. Shoulders 23 retain the winding, and spring sets actuated by an armature 13 are mounted on tabs 14, Fig. 3 shows an alternative core section of greater area. The relay may be secured to a panel, which is slotted to receive the flanges 15, 16 by a curved spring inserted between lips 17.
