[Class 140] A laminated wrapping and bagging sheet material comprises a flexible sheet 5 made from a cellulose derivative, a vinyl resin or casein, a protective coating on both sides of the sheet, a paper sheet 8 adhered to the coating 6 on one side of the plastic sheet and a protective coating 9 on the paper sheet providing one surface of the material, and a water and moisture resistant fibrous sheet 11 adhered to the coating 7 on the other side of the plastic sheet, this providing the surface of the other side of the material. The coatings 6, 7 and 9 are of a plastic, pressure-sensitive, adhesive nature, made with a petrolatum base which may be thinned before application.by heat or by solvents such as kerosene, naphtha or oleum spirits. Embedded in the coating 9 may be a reinforcing material 10 of fine thread cotton fabric such as " tobacco " cloth. This produces spaced depressed and raised surface portions. The other surface 11 may be a sheet of waterproofed fibrous material, such as dry waxed kraft paper.
