[Class 38(v)] [Also in Group XXXV] A motor comprising a number of plungers connected to a crank shaft or equivalent has the coils energised in sequence by pairs of independently adjustable contacts operated from the shaft by a rocking member, one contact of each pair being carried by a spring. As shown, contacts j, j<1> on member h<2> rocked by the cam g<2> alternately engage contacts j<2>, j<3> carried by leaf springs k, k<1> adjustable in position by screws l in slots l<1> in support h.
