590,327. Converting. McCREDDIE, C. D. (Telefonaktiebolaget L. M. Ericsson). April 21, 1944, No. 7445. [A Specification was laid open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, Oct. 23, 1944.] [Class 38 (ii)] In a contact converter a source E supplies impulses through a periodically operating contact K<1> alternately to two oscillatory circuits C<1>, L1<1>, C<11>, L 1<11>, which include the primaries of two transformers, the secondaries of which are connected in series to supply an A.C. voltage and it may be also a D.C. voltage, 'Fig. 3 (not shows). Rectifiers to prevent sparking may be provided. Specification 590,326 is referred to.
