Abstract

585,013. Lubricating pumps. TECALEMIT, Ltd., and LE CLAIR, C. C. S. Dec. 28, 1944, No. 26036. [Class 102 (i)] A lubricating pump comprises a number of units 1 that are supported between end plates 36, 37 by bolts 32. Each unit comprises a plunger 9 that controls an inlet port 17 and delivers past a valve 13 to the outlet. The plunger is connected between the collars 25, 26 to a lever 23 that pivots on a pin 21 and has a lug 31 that abuts the casing to limit the stroke. A spring 30 projects a hollow plunger 28 against the lever 23. The levers have enlargements 27 that may bear indicating marks. The inlet duct 16 connects with the inlet ports 17 and with a port 19A in an end plate and may be fitted with a spring-loaded piston to force the lubricant to the inlet ports.
