584,535. Coolling gearing. BROWN & SONS (HUDDERSFIELD), Ltd., D., and TUPLIN, W. A. Oct. 24, 1944, No. 20599. [Class 80 (i)] [Also in Group XXXV] Two axial flow fans a, b, rotated in the same direction, are disposed one at each side or end or other part of the casing c, of a gear unit, electric motor, or the like, the exterior surface of which is to be cooled. The velocity of the air stream created by fan a is therefore increased by the suction of fan b. Specifications 27762/06, [Class 35], 18315/12, [Class 80], and 195,764, [Class 35], are referred to.
